Youth Ministry

Christ loves and cherishes the youth of Cross City and it is our honor to minister to them in the best way we can.  While parents are the primary shepherds of any student, the church has a critical role in their life as well.  That is why we have mature and gifted believers run a youth ministry that is committed to teaching, mentoring and having a ton of fun with our 6th-12th grade students.

Our youth ministry is primarily focused on relationship building and individual discipleship, with periodic events. On Sundays, youth are part of our Sunday services as well as a part of their family’s Missional Community.

Why take the effort to connect the youth into the Missional Communities?  God’s design is for each of His children to be connected to His other children in the local church, and these connections are intentionally people of various ages, cultures, and places of life.  We think it is very important for our youth to love and be loved by the rest of God’s family and yet to experience teaching, shepherding and opportunities that are geared to address them.
